Meet the 'Gales!

Founding member Jennifer Mergele earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston while feeding her creative bug through various groups and ensembles including a 1940s swing trio, barbershop chorus, jazz band, and original pop-rock band.  She performed multiple seasons with the G&S Society of Houston and Opera in the Heights before attending the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York.  Her favorite credits include Miss Honey in Gallery Theater’s Matilda.  Jennifer loves being a Nightingale because it combines so many of her favorite things.

Brianna Barnhart is a graduate of the University of Arizona's Fred Fox School of Music. A recent desert transplant hailing from Tucson, AZ, she became involved in art at an early age, first dabbling in theater then expanding to music. Brianna finds tight harmony singing to be delightfully brain tickling and cup filling. She can be found leading culinary tours at the Journey 360 experience. Recent credits include Petra in A Little Night Music at Quisisana Resort.
